The 30th year of establishment of Pakistan – Uzbekistan diplomatic relations brought the Cricket Federation of Uzbekistan and Pakistan Cricket Board’s MoU signing.
The CFU is scheduled to visit Islamabad in late February or early days of March to play a series of friendly cricket matches.
On its part, Shalimar Cricket Academy is organizing the matches bypicking up top notch emerging teams to face CFU’ssenior and under 19 teams.The possible kick-off date of the matches is 27th of February.
It is worth mentioning that, this will be the first match for CFU teams in any other country after its establishment in 2019. It is hoped that the planned friendly matches will attract more and more cricket loverstowards theCricket Federation of Uzbekistan to encourage its players to get a complete command over the game.
