ISLAMABAD, March 10: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Thursday alleged that the leadership of three major opposition parties had once again launched a malicious campaign against the state institutions for their vested interests.
He termed today’s press conference of the opposition as the press conference of defeated wrestlers and said it was evident from their faces that towards where the situation is being headed.
He said the government was standing firm and with full confidence on the political front.
He said whenever they (opposition) came into power, they tried to control the state institutions.
He said the opposition wanted such reforms through which they could get political hold over the state institutions and always resorted to such conspiracies whenever they got a chance to come into power.
He said they started vilified campaigns against the state institutions in an organized way.
Fawad Ch said ‘Dawn Leaks’ was the evidence of the thinking of Nawaz Sharif. He said Modi had attended the marriage of Nawaz Sharif’s granddaughter upon his return from Kabul and Sharif was also used to meet Indian businessmen.-DNA
