LAHORE, March 21: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a great gift from President of China to people of Pakistan and the mega project would benefit both countries.
During a meeting with a delegation of twenty one-member delegation of Chinese investors and businessmen in Lahore, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that Pak China friendship has transformed into economic partnership.
Shahbaz Sharif said CPEC is great gift for Pakistan which cannot be forgotten. He said these projects are guarantee to bright future of the country.
Chinese investors expressed their interest for investment in industrial Park project in Punjab.
Chief Minister said all possible facilities will be provided to the investors.
Earlier, Shahbaz Sharif said Pakistan and the United States have good relations, which will be further strengthened in future.
He was talking to US Consul General Zachary Harkenrider, who called on him in Lahore.
Shahbaz Sharif said the government is committed to make Pakistan a developed country according the vision of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinah. He said all citizens have equal rights in Pakistan.
