It seems that political uncertainty in the country is not going to go away soon.It is going to haunt it till a truly representative government comes into power after a free and fair elections in the country and that looks like a remote possibility before the end of the current year. Electoral reforms are a pre-requisite for holding free and fair elections and it is doubtful whether the opposition is going to hit it off with the government in the matter .One can see rift among the various state institutions which isn’t good for the health of the state.Coordination to work hand in glove is sadly missing among them and tendency to interfere in one another’s work has been visible.Let us admit that parliamentary Democracy hasn’t delivered in this country and the common man is utterly disappointed by the parliamentarians of this country who have been using their political clout to fill their personal coffers instead of caring for the teeming millions of the country who don’t know where their next meal will come from
POST SCRIPT:
Putin is hellbent to crush Ukraine and then annex it.Once he achieves this objective he is going to mete out the same treatment to all those Central Asian countries which were once part of the former Soviet EMPIRE. By doing so he is rubbing salt into the wounds of Washington which had taken pains to dismember the mighty Soviet Empire in the near past. Truth is normally the first causality in war so one cannot say with certainty whether there is truth in the allegations being made in the countries hostile to Russia that its forces have been committing genocide in Ukraine akin to the war times committed by German forces on the second world war.
