Russian education center will be opened in Uzbekistan. The North Caucasus Federal University will act as the coordinating university. Dmitry Bespalov, rector of NCFU, announced this.
In the near future, on the basis of Samarkand State University, which has been our reliable partner for a long time, the Center for Russian Education will be created, where NCFU will act as a coordinator of a number of Russian universities. The Center will become a platform for interaction and cooperation in a wide range of areas. As part of the work of the Center, joint events, exchanges of teachers, and the implementation of scientific projects are planned. To coordinate this activity on the basis of NCFU, we are creating the International Russian-Uzbek Center, said Dmitry Bespalov.
It should be noted that our university is actively working in the direction of preparing applicants from Uzbekistan for admission to Russian universities. The priority is mathematics and the Russian language.
NCFU recently held a “Week of Mathematics” in Uzbekistan, where leading scientists from the largest university in the North Caucasus met with university professors, teachers and schoolchildren. And in 2021, NCFU and SamSU created an international research laboratory “Natural and socio-economic features of regional development”.
