ISLAMABAD, March 22: Islamabad police have arrested seven outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered narcotics, wine and weapons from their possession, police said. According to details, Bani Gala police recovered 30 bore pistol from an accused Muneer alias Muniro while Karachi Company Police nabbed Saeed for having 230 gram hashish. Golra police nabbed Mumtaz Begum for having 250 gram heroin while Koral police arrested Samar Iqbal in possession of four wine bottles. Loi Bher police arrested Nadeem for selling petroleum products illegally while Nilore police apprehended two thieves Yasrab Mehboob and Ajmal Masood. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them. SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiani has appreciated this overall performance and directed all police officials to accelerate their efforts to curb activities of anti-social elements. -DNA
