Democracy.Dictatorial or fascist mindset simply cannot work in a parliamentary democracy. Our politicians are never tired of praising England’s parliamentary democracy but when it comes to introducing and following in letter and spirit its good political traditions they look the other way .The members of Punjab assembly have made themselves a laughing stock of the world by using fisticuffs against one another on the floor of the House on last Saturday.
