VC KFUEIT briefs the Commissioner Bahawalpur about the ongoing teaching and development activities in the University

RAHIM YAR KHAN, June 7: Vice chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Suleman Tahir paid a visit to Commissioner Bahawalpur Division Raja Jahangir Anwar. Issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Suleman Tahir briefed about the ongoing teaching and development activities in Khawaja Fareed University. He also briefed on the significant developments in NRPUs, research publications, scholarships and other programs. He said that KhwajaFareed University has developed rapidly in the last two and half years. Financial stability has come, national and international rankings have increased. He said the number of students has exceeded 16,000 while the number of students will increase further with the new admissions. During the meeting, Commissioner Raja Jahangir Anwar appreciated the efforts of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Suleman Tahir and the entire team working under his supervision. He also lauded the process of awarding scholarships to most of KhwajaFareed’s students. He said that the secret of social development lies in higher and quality education, the role of universities in this regard is of utmost importance.
