Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev received Head of European Union Delegation to the Kyrgyz Republic, Ambassador Edward Auer on the occasion of completion of his diplomatic mission.
In the course of the meeting, state and prospects of the Kyrgyz-European relations were discussed including plans for organization of high-level visits and regional events, the press service of the Kyrgyz MFA said.
The sides also touched upon the implementation of projects and programs under the Multi-Annual Indicative Programme in the field of public administration, education, digital transformation, development of green economy and environmental protection.
In addition, international and regional policy and security issues were discussed.
At the end of the meeting, the Kyrgyz foreign minister thanked Ambassador Auer for his fruitful work in Bishkek and wished success in his future activities.
In turn, Edward Auer said that during his diplomatic mission, he always felt the support of the Kyrgyz side. The European diplomat concluded that Kyrgyzstan is a privileged partner of the European Union and emphasized the significant potential of bilateral cooperation. – Kabar
