ISLAMABAD, July 19: Federal Minister for Aviation and Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique said on Tuesday that the government would bring ‘Imran Khan’s fitnah’ to an end.
The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) minister also vowed to fight back for the Punjab government. “Imran Khan has no business; who gives him money?” he questioned.
“What kind of justice is this? Institutions also have to decide for how long he will be their ‘Ladla’,” Khawaja Saad stressed. “Why is the election commission not announcing the decision of the foreign funding case?” he questioned. “It cannot be that we remain silent for the ministry,” he said.
“On the one hand, we were told to increase the prices of items. On the other hand, we were pushed into by-elections,” he deplored. “Becoming a minister does not mean keeping our mouths shut. Not becoming a minister would be better than that,” he stated. “Imran Khan insults the election commission, courts and establishment,” he censured. -NNI
