Federal Govt releases Executive Allowance for bureaucrats

ISLAMABAD, July 19: The federal government has released the Executive Allowance for the officers of grades 17 to 22 associated with the federal bureaucracy. The federal government issued the notification of the Executive Allowance on Tuesday.
As per the notification, the executive allowance will be given to the bureaucrats at the rate of one and a half times the basic salary. The notification said that the executive allowance will be given to the officers along with their basic pay from July 01, 2022.
The notification further said that the executive allowance will be given to the officers of the Federal Secretariat, President’s Secretariat, Prime Minister’s Office, and ICT Field Administration.
It is also stated in the notification that the executive allowance for federal bureaucracy will be given as per the allowance given by the provincial governments. -NNI
