 Says operation Zarb-e-Azb has yielded many fruitful results

President Mamnoon HussainISLAMABAD, April 4: Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif says bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are deep rooted in common faith and culture and destined to grow further in the days to come.
He was talking to Chairman of Shura Council of Saudi Arabia Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-sheikh who called on him in Islamabad on Monday.
The Prime Minster said the government and the people of Pakistan hold the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in high esteem.
He said the operation Zarb-e-Azb launched after political consensus has yielded many fruitful results and that the terrorists are now on the run and hitting soft targets.
He said that democracy in Pakistan is flourishing and today’s Parliament is much more democratic as well as vibrant.
On this occasion, Chairman Majlis-e-Shura Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Mohammad Al-Sheikh said that exchange of parliamentary delegations would strengthen the bonds of friendship between our two brotherly countries as both sides share identical views on regional and international level.-Sabah
