High level Romanian delegation in Pakistan for strategic talks

ISLAMABAD, April 25: The Romanian high level delegation led by Neculai Banea Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Protection has held important meetings with the Pakistani officials with a view to promoting bilateral relations.
The Romanian delegation on Monday held important meeting with the Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain and discussed with him matters of mutual interest.
The Romanian delegation showed keen interest in working closely with Pakistani authorities especially in the defence field.
The Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain while welcoming the delegation hoped relations between Romania and Pakistan will grow even further. He said, both countries had a lot in common and there was a political will there also therefore it is hoped that relations between the two countries will expand at fast speed.
The delegation also met with the Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman at the Air Headquarters. Both sides discussed matters of mutual interest.
The delegation will also visit certain military installation of Pakistan. Ambassador of Romania Emilian ION who is accompanying the delegation told DNA that during his tenure he had tried his best to promote bilateral relations in all fields.
The ambassador hoped both sides will continue to facilitate such high level visits even in the coming days.-DNA
