AIOU-HEC to hold International conference on ODL on Friday

ISLAMABAD, May 09: First-ever international conference on Open Distance Learning (ODL) and Online system will take place here on Friday.
It will be a two-day event, being jointly arranged by Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) and Higher Education Commission (HEC). It aimed at preparing a national policy on ODL to make it compatible with international standard and more effective in providing quality education to the people from primary to PhD level, said Vice Chancellor AIOU Prof. Dr. Shahid Siddiqui. Representatives of relevant institutions from home and abroad will attend the conference that will spread over nine working sessions.-PR
