ISLAMABAD, August 19: Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri has said that the negotiations are continued with the annoyed Baloch leaders. He said Indian Prime Minister Narender Modi is ignorant regarding matters of Pakistan and Balochistan. He said no one has thanked Modi, adding that only agents of India thanked Modi. Sanaullah Zehri said Modi should name the person who has thanked him. He said India is continuously interfering in the matters of Balochistan, adding that India is backing the people who are carrying out terrorist activities in Balochistan. He said terrorism could not be carried out in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtoonkhawa without the backing of India. In an interview with a private TV channel, he said Quetta incident was planned in a different way, adding that many terrorist activates have been foiled with the cooperation of security agencies. He said people of Balochistan are not afraid from terrorists. He said civil and military leadership have jointly made important decisions.
He said the annoyed Baloch leaders should return back after accepting the constitution of Pakistan, adding that negotiations with the annoyed Baloch leaders are continued. He said the annoyed Baloch leaders should come back and approach people and if the masses will give them mandate we will respect their mandate.
He said these people have served province and remained in ministries, adding that Sardar Ataullah Mengal was the first chief minister of Balochistan after breaking of One Unit.
Zehri said Mehmood Achakzai is a seasoned politician and if he has given any statement he would have given it after deep thinking, adding that there is no restriction on saying anything in parliament.
He said that Dr Abudl Malik Baloch had brought improvement in the affairs of province, adding that the current government has started crack down against corruption, fight against terrorism is continued and improvement in education and health sectors is being introduced in province.
Zehri said federation is 100 percent with Balochistan, adding that Nawaz Sharif is very kind towards Balochistan. He said that whenever the province had need of money prime minister has provided this money. He said in last NFC award two and half percent increase was made in share of Balochistan and through this increase Balochistan received additional money of 20 to 25 billion rupees. He said this money was provided by Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif.
He said mass transit train system has included in current budget of province. He said the track of the bus service will be 55 kilometer long from Kuchlak to Stezen, adding that green and red buses in copy of London will be plied on the track. He said 40 billion rupees have been allocated for the water supply scheme of Quetta in current budget. – Sabah
