PTIISLAMABAD, October 24: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has written a letter to Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) seeking action against host of a private TV channel program for allegedly forging facts and figures about suspended official of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Department during the program.
PTI central media department head Iftikhar Durrani has written a letter to Chairman PEMRA demanding action against the host of program for allegedly misusing the platform and issue of suspension of education department official for targeting PTI provincial government and its leadership.
The letter said that host of the program leveled baseless allegations
against PTI provincial government and its leadership. The letter further asked the regulatory authority to take action against host as per rules and regulations of PEMRA.-Online
