LAHORE, October 30: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf senior leader and former Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said that protest on November 2 will be held in Islamabad at all costs.
While talking to media in Lahore he said, why legs of PMLN are trembling if Pakistan Tehreek Insaf is weak political party? He said we will face the violence and arrests with courage. He said the behaviour of government is dictatorial and arrests, tear gas and prisons are signs of dictatorship not democracy. “We are fighting for democracy and supremacy of constitution”, he added.
He further added if government will use violence against workers then we will not ask the workers to tolerate. He said PMLN should know that one million people will participate in protest on 2 November to eradicate corruption and bad governance in Pakistan. -Online
