ISLAMABAD, November 2: Pakistan’s security agencies have unearthed another ring of Indian spies in the country working as under cover agents found involved in subversive activities to destabilize Pakistan. According to Foreign Offices sources total five Indian agents named Balbir Singh and Rajesh Kumar Agnihotri and three others including Amardeep Singh Bhatti ,(Visa Attaché), Vijay Kumar and Madhavan Nand Kumar have been currently stationed at Indian High Commission in Pakistan. Sources said that they would soon declare as Persona Non Grata (PNG).
One of the two under cover Indian agents, Singh has been posted as the First Secretary (Press and Information) and Agnihotri is currently serving as Commercial Consular at the Indian High Commission.
According to sources, Agnihotri and Singh are involved in incidents of sabotage and terrorism inside Pakistan. The government authorities have decided to expel the Indian officials involved in the anti-state activities. Pakistan authorities had arrested an Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav in March of 2016 involved in spying agencies in Balochistan. Yadav was working for Indian spy agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and was facilitating banned groups in to spread violence in the province and the country, officials said.
Earlier, Surjeet Singh, Assistant Personnel and Welfare Officer in the High Commission of India in Islamabad declared as PNG and expel him and his family members. Before that India declared Pakistan High Commission staffer Mehmood Akhtar in Delhi as PNG.-Online
