ISLAMABAD, February 5: Opposition leader Khursheed Shah on Friday has said that Kashmiris deprivation from right to self-determination is a failure of international community. While giving a message on Kashmir Day, he said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has always played a significant role for the freedom of Kashmir and will stand by its Kashmiri brothers in the future. He demanded that India should take practical steps while leaving aside traditional persistence. He said that both India and Pakistan are democratic countries therefore they should solve the Kashmir issue through negotiations. He also said that the sacrifices and struggles of Kashmiris will never go in vain and they will gain freedom soon. -DNA
