DERA BUGTI, March 13: Five terrorists of a banned outfit were killed and another arrested in an exchange of fire with Frontier Corps and intelligence agencies in Dera Bugti on Sunday.
A FC spokesman said that security forces carried out on a tip off. An exchange of fire took place between the Frontier Corps and terrorists after which five saboteurs were killed and one of the terrorists was arrested.
Their hideout was also destroyed whereas large number of weapons was also recovered in the process. The slain terrorists were involved in the attacks on security forces and gas pipelines, the FC spokesman said. He added that they were also involved in taking ransom and extortion. – SABAH
