PML-NISLAMABAD, April 14: A consultative meeting of PML-N’s senior leaders was held in Islamabad on Thursday with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in the chair.
The meeting prayed for the early recovery of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s health.
It was decided in the meeting to forcefully respond baseless allegations against the Prime Minister and his family.
The participants regretted the attempts being made to sabotage the agenda for Pakistan’s progress, development, and prosperity.
The meeting was of the view that the path of progress and development is being hampered for personal agenda.
It also decided to take all the political forces into confidence over nefarious designs of some elements to sabotage the economic and development agenda.
Ishaq Dar apprised the meeting that the prime minister has directed not to give importance to conspiracies and rumours.
The Minister said Nawaz Sharif wants that country’s development should remain main focus instead of wasting time.
Besides other, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid, SAFRON Minister Abdul Qadir Baloch, Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique and Maryam Nawaz Sharif attended the meeting. -DNA
