ISLAMABAD, August 24: Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday met with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif as both had discussion over the country’s security situation and other important issues, reported Dunya News.
Matters regarding the country’s internal and external security were also brought under discussion during the meeting. The two met after the session regarding implementation on the National Action Plan (NAP) took place as both had discussion about the Karachi operation as well. Sources indicate that army chief and PM resolved that the success achieved in Karachi operation shall not be lost under any cost.-Agencies
